Distinctive Care Services (DCS) is a staffing and recruiting agency that partners with various social service organizations in need of relief staff by providing trained support professionals. We specialize in offering distinctive care and support to Agencies, Organizations and Institutions that work with children, youth, adults, and seniors who experience behavioral, social, emotional, physical, and psychiatric difficulties.  

Distinctive Care Services (DCS) adopts a client-centered support system that focuses on assuring the safety and wellbeing of clients as well as committing to the various specialized client needs in their environment. Our staff work to support people with unique needs in a variety of settings, both clinical and non-clinical.   

At Distinctive Care Services (DCS), our employees, whom we refer to as Supporters successfully go through an extensive screening process where Reference and Vulnerable Sector checks are conducted before joining the team. Our Supporters are qualified Child & Youth Workers, Community Service Workers, Developmental Service Workers, Personal Support Workers, Addiction Support Workers, Early Childcare Educators and Social Service Workers. 

Distinctive Care Services (DCS) conforms to the vaccination policies of the various organizations we are partnered with and assures that all employees meet said policies prior to possible placement.
